Himalayan Sunshine Overnight Oats

 

Our delicious Himalayan Sunshine mix is filled with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, cashews, walnuts and goji berries. Using this simple recipe, you will create a nutritious and easy breakfast dish that will be a winner for the whole family. Share your recipe images with us!

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup gluten free oats
• 2 cups almond milk
• 1 bag Elan organic Himalayan Sunshine mix
• 2 tbsp strawberries

 

Method:

1. Add all ingredients, except the fresh strawberries & 1 tbsp of Elan organic Himalayan Sunshine mix, in a large bowl and refrigerate covered overnight.

2. Place a cup of this mixture in a mason jar and top with fresh strawberries and reserved mix. Enjoy!
