Goji & Ginger Tea

Wonderfully spiced, this is a perfect tea recipe to serve to your guests on a chilly day. Made with Elan organic goji berries and ginger chunks, and topped with an Elan organic cinnamon apple that can be eaten afterwards, cups of this comforting tea will warm your hands as well as your heart.   • 3 cups water, boiling
  • 3 tbsp Elan Organic Goji Berries
  • 1 tbsp Elan Organic Ginger Chunks
  • 5 pieces Elan Organic Cinnamon Apples


  1. In an infuser or a strainer sitting in a bowl, add the goji berries and ginger chunks. Pour the boiling water over and let infuse for 15 to 20 mins.
  2. Remove the infuser and pour the tea in five teacups.
  3. Place a cinnamon apple ring in the cup, sip and enjoy.
